It seems like #lispgames could benefit from a forum-style discussion.r/lispgamedev doesn't have much activity. And the pages in this wiki might benefit from some organization from the main page.

You are free to contribute. Just bear in mind that's a wiki, not a forum. If you have big changes in mind it's better to discuss them before proceeding with rewriting big chunks of wiki. You can fork a wiki repo, make changes in the fork where we can review them before merging upstream.
