README should warn to include the styles bundled

For that, i had to create a slick.css, with these sprockets rules:
/* *= require slick/default-theme *= require slick/editors *= require slick/grid *= require slick/remotemodel *= require slick/controls/columnpicker *= require slick/controls/pager */

it would be helpful to include that file to require it directly
