Support adding diacritics to semi-diacritized text.

does Mishkal support adding the remainder of tashkeels,
or I should get rid of all tashkeels first and then I would get better results?

Mishkal support semi diactritized texts, and work on it.
if the text has already some diacritics, this will give better results,

Salam, thanks a lot, @linuxscout ! I was wondering why I got some double tashkeel on some words (sometimes damma got added twice and sometimes a damma and a sukun was added on the letter).
I'll investigate then which words and I'll let you know, if you're interested in these corner cases.
