Migrate to flask ?

Since Oukasha web framework is stalled since 2011 would it make sense to use flask instead ?

Actually, we use bootle framework instead of Okasha,
I pal to use flask also

I see, indeed any of them would be a better alternative.
I assume that the Bottle framework is in a different branch, I see master still using Oukasha.
