Hey! I'd love this to be upstream as well, but unfortunately I don't think my current implementation would make it. It really is more of a hack and it's based on a tool that most distributions don't ship - python-vpk. To get it upstream you'd either have to convince distros to pick that up or reimplement the tool in C so it can be integrated into file-roller's sources.
