  • Thx jeff for doing invoice expiry thing
  • Got a lot of small stuff in flight, papercuts
  • Probabilistic channel scorer is long poll
  • rene/jeff/matt spoke offline, decided to redo some of scorer interface. Hopefully last round. Adding some complexity
    • Whenever this gets done, we’ll cut a release
  • Multi node receive is making good progress, so may be the case we can get that in 105 cuz it seems faster.
    • Issue for that is getting review time
    • Maybe arik can take a look at it or antoine
    • Code ended up being clean/readable
    • Q about mpp support – we’re not gonna support in v1
      • Need user feedback for this
      • Matt: i get sense that it loses the point. This sucks for some senders, unclear how many. But doing multi receive with mpp seems like it defeats the point in my view

LDK 2022 Roadmap

• This thurs conor will be hosting a virtual live coding event on the topic of block sourcing for ldk w/ jeff
• JS/TS
  • TS bindings from 2020/2021 then dropped, circled back and turns out we made more progress than thought
  • No major bugs so far
  • ofc we still need helpful utilities like networking, but saw some ppl on slack writing it themselves
    • Hopefully can do this soon
  • Also need lightning-invoice no-std, which will be in the next release (thanks devrandom)
• Meeting w/ David Wong last week about zkps
  • Now scheduling with rusty
• Lightning-signer updates
  • Doing some testing with c-lightning
  • PR open, provides payment preimages to the signer #1251
• LSP
  • Steve: put time in exploring this, current view is it makes a lot of sense for there to be an lsp open source mobile project. We’ve seen demand for this from noncustodial mobile wallets
