This works rhc app create http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/github/lightblue-platform/openshift-lightblue-cart\?commit\=lightblue-1.2 -a lightblue
Needs escapes before the ? and = and this is also refrenced here https://github.com/lightblue-platform/openshift-lightblue-cart but not here http://docs.lightblue.io/cookbook/install_lightblue_on_openshift.html

This is the error:
