GH Releases are not shown? #453

https://www.librecores.org/lowRISC/opentitan doesn't show data for GH releases, even though there are three releases at https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/releases.

I remember we got releases only from tags like "v", that's something we might want to revisit if GH integration is enabled.
