Consider uploading datasets not as csv files, but as database files that have correctly typed columns and precomputed indexes

I usually import csvs into SQLite, but using third-party provided SQLite fikes is insecure. I guess the best that can be done is HDF5. Or maybe files of some FOSS analytical DB written in rust.
