Does this game have hints for new beginner ?

some games seem don't have any hints and don't know how to check answers

Depends on the creator of the game to include hints, you could check what the solution is to a level you are stuck on by going to the github repo of the game.

But yes, for now, either asking on Zulip or looking at the sample solution in the github repo is probably the way to go.
