New develop branch added to be more stable

Narya is always in constant evolution so I think it's time to develop more consciously the new features.
This distro is mainly made and maintained around my needs but there is no reason not to keep it clean and a little bit more stable.

Lately, I introduced the first distro configuration options. Nothing special or well-refined but it's a big step forward in the personalization game for other people's usage.
Since I'm taking this path, I think it's worth it to let people test and try without fear of last-minute bugs.

Suggestions and feedback are appreciated.
