Hi Everyone,
In an attempt to keep students from asking the same questions, and to provide an opportunity for bonus points, this FAQ wiki was added.
If you would like to suggest a question for the FAQ wiki, the procedure (as it currently stands) to do this is as follows:

Email Samantha ([email protected]) with the question you propose to answer. You should have some details on the answer, but it doesn't need to be final. Note that questions can (and in some cases will) be Operating System dependent (i.e., Mac or Windows).

Samantha will review your proposed question and answer to determine if it looks like a good candidate for our FAQ.

If she says yes, you will use the FAQ moodle tool to create a new entry for your question and answer. The Question should be placed in the concept field and the answer in the description text. You also should use keywords to make searching more accurate (e.g., Docker container, Windows, no network connection). When you have finished you should notify Samantha.

Samantha will review your question and answer (and I might as well) to verify that it is accurate and complete. Once we deem this to be the case, you will be awarded five bonus points.
Note that Samantha's decision is FINAL, and that anyone making an unauthorized entry WILL be deleted (and possibly subject to a point deduction).
