can't run 2 projects with 2 requirements.txt files

I changed 'project.one' to use a 'requirements.txt' file (and removed pyproject.toml)

when I load it in Langgraph Studio I get:

Error invoking remote method 'up': Error: Module './all_projects/project_two/mycm/main.py:graph' not found in 'dependencies' list. Add its containing package to 'dependencies' list.
