error backing up vms

hi all,

so i have a problem with two of the vms being backed up

ive checked and the vm has got no snapshots

the backup of the vm yesterday backed up successfully but today it errored

Ok I have two backup jobs running the same time on separate esxi servers to the same NFS datastore, so maybe that's why the IO error

What I've done is change the time of esxi1 so it runs 2 hours before the esxi2 kicks off its backups, hopefully that solves it

Mmm...still get a problem now and again trying to backup the vmdk file, can anyone help on this please ?
