I'm a bit suspicious that the items spawning inside colliders (specifically polygons) might be spawning inside non-convex colliders. Here's the list of non-convex obstacles we have in Merliot:
North Wall (its vertices may not be in clockwise order)
West Wall (its vertices may not be in clockwise order)
Center Top Left Top Wall (its vertices may not be in clockwise order)
Bottom Left Rock
Top Left Rock
Bottom Right Trees
Top Right Trees
Left Top Water 1
Left Top Water 3
