Add an option to set a separator for currency

Some currencies use very large amounts, e.g. Paraguay uses guaraníes and 100 $ is 730000 guaraníes. Having the possibility to add a separator ("." or something else) at fixed positions (every 3 when more than 5 digits are present) would be nice.
