so if you go to http://10.0.0.223:10464 on another device on the SAME network, does it not pull anything up?

Correct

Then, to be honest, I have no clue what might be wrong. Try rebooting your router, double checking the computers are on the same network, etc.

Sorry that I can't really help.

All I did was download the app off of CWS and select a folder. Could that be it?

No, that wont be it.

You can try this web server that we are working on porting based from this project:
https://github.com/terreng/simple-web-server
download: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MmJYRceI1g1ZLNvANZ3AlnG9KB8GF3_h?usp=sharing

MOST UI features are not implemented, so you would need to manually change the config.json file

So I tired SWS but i have to unblock all these files. Anyway to do it quicker? Also restarted everything and still nothing.

Try running the app as admin. If the files are blocked it most likely needs admin privileges to read

I’ll try that. Just right click and click run as admin, right?

Answer is very simple. All you need to do is disable firewall.

The answer is probably (worked in my case) to disable Chrome in you firewall and then add it manualy again (so you got 2 versions in the firewall).
