Add ability to change loading icon

Note: this is a requested enhancement, not an issue.

New loading icons are the second most requested thing on imgur after favorite folders, so I figure that is the next logical step for this extension. The only downside I can think of is that new loading icons on imgur are a bit of a joke, rather than a real issue. However, it should greatly enhance the meme value of this extension, which should drastically increase the popularity for such a dank site as imgur.

I'll actually start working on this first thing tomorrow morning; I'll just need to do a bit of research on how imgur handles loading icons and how this extension handles storage and the like.
