I like the icons at the bottom but the placement feels a bit off center aligned right before the footer. Let's make them part of the footer instead and put them as the last item on the right column.

Also, for the text below the links, let's change that to 12px instead of the same size as our links (14px), they blend in too much and the hierarchy should be clear.
