Revive the docker-based intergration tests after RPC and clients are working #1111

The test module is temporarily removed. We need to bring it back pretty soon (see title for blockers).

After blockers are gone some main changes:

  • use admin subcommands of kwild
  • adapt to new config / config generation (both structs and files+flags+env)
  • update for removed comet ports, new kwil p2p port
  • many tests won't apply or are naive w.r.t leader (didn't exist before), consensus thresholds, dataset deploy/drop, validator set actions
