issue with myetherwallet chrome extension

Hi,
Please can you give any light on mi problem: 2 days ago I created 2 wallets, and the following day they disappeared, not the funds in it, I cannot visualice the wallets when entering my wallets sections in chrome. I use macos Sierra and have not installed nor change any setting by the time this happened. I know you repeat continuously to back up the information, but this is kind of ridiculous, why would people use such a system if it is not trustworthy, it has no logic. I had 3 wallets created several month ago, and those are intact. Do you know what could be the problem here?

I will appreciate any guide on how to surpass this and see access to my wallets again.
