Work with decorators being applied dynamically

e.g.

class User {
    myProp: number
}

Entity({ datastore })(User)

let user = new User()

Column()(user, 'myProp')

// etc.

Doesn't work right now because repositoryLoad fails. I think it's because the prototype of the user instance is incorrect.
