Use "black" as default code formatter for project

Now project luck of any code style, and that is huge pain while developing in ide.
Could you please add https://github.com/google/yapf or https://github.com/psf/black as default formatter

for sure i can send pr with this but that will change almost every line, from git history point of view that should be better done with original author
