Dynamic title does not change if selecting the only tab in a multi-paned view #37

If I split my two open tabs e.g. vertically into two panes, then selecting either of them does not change the window title.

If I add a third tab into whatever view, selecting any tab in the pane where there's more than one tab does change the title.

If I close the third tab, selecting any one tab (again the only one in its pane) does not change the window title again.

Otherwise, thanks for the neat feature :)
