Unmute a tab that stops playing sound #5

To reproduce:

Mute a tab
Press pause or do something to stop the sound
Notice that the tab icon still shows that it's muted

This would be confusing later on if you press the play button. Sound Control should automatically unmute it when it's inaudible.
