CONTRIBUTING.md is a file which tells folks all they need to know to contribute to an project

Create the file for this repo stating step by step process from forking the repo to creating a PR (add screenshots if needed).

The context regarding how to add the directories and by what name was not clear, so I did it intuitively.

I have updated the README file.
