What would you like to be added? / User Story:

As a KKP admin, I'd like to better visualize and manage resources in my KubeLB management cluster. Since KubeLB is treated as a first-class citizen in KKP. It'd be useful to have a dedicated panel in KKP dashboard for managing tenants, and viewing resources such as load balancers, routes, and syncsecrets that exist in the management cluster, per tenant.
