powershell命令行输入

notepad $PROFILE

打开配置文件, 没有文件会让你新建,选择确定即可

配置文件中写入代理地址, 端口按照自己的来

$env:HTTP_PROXY="http://127.0.0.1:7897";
$env:HTTPS_PROXY="http://127.0.0.1:7897"

重新打开powershell即可
