Unreleased for Minecraft 1.19.2

Did the issue happen in singleplayer or on a server?

Singleplayer

Describe the bug

Some modded effects do not have a description:

Pick your poison:

  • Batrachotoxin
  • Comatose
  • Stimulation
  • Vulnerability
  • Numbness
  • Torpor

Dehydration:

  • Thirst
  • Hydration

EnvironmentZ:

  • Cooling
  • Warming

Body Health System:

  • Morphine

Xaero's Maps:

  • No WM Cave Maps
  • No Cave Maps
  • No World Maps
  • No Entity Radar
  • No Waypoints

Expected behavior

All effects should have a description.
