Gather TESS Magnitudes from Gaia

It might be beneficial to gather TESS magnitudes from Gaia magnitudes for multi-aperture photometry from the TESS FFI's. I have added some papers I have found on the subject but they seem to mostly be for DR2 (data release 2) or EDR3 (early data release 3) and not for DR3 (data release 3).

Added this ability with #149 and #162 but still might need to add in corrections to these magnitudes.
