I turn off the SMT by hvm and reboot the system. When the system is back and open the SMT edit panel, the 'Apply' button can be clicked event I made no changes to it every first time I login to the system. Only when SMT has turned off has this problem. SMT1 and SMT2 do not have this kind of problem.
