Miscellaneous UI issue in SMT functionality.

Issue # 1 : Multiple confirm message available for SMT details submission.
Steps:
i)Click on SMT edit button in Dashboard Tab.
ii)Initial SMT value is 2 and smt status is enabled.
iii)Close the modal by clicking 'X' button in right corner the modal.
iv)Again try to edit SMT.
v)Once the modal opens, change smt value to 1 and try submitting.

Issue #2 : Apply button not working.
Steps:
i)Click on SMT edit button in Dashboard Tab.
ii)Initial value is 1 and smt is enabled.
iii)changed switch to off.
iv)change status back to on and value to 2.
v)Again change status back to off.
vi)Change back to status on and value change to 1 .
vii)change value to 2 again and try submitting.
viii)Submit is not working.

Issue # 3 : Incorrect confirm message shown while changing SMT value.
Steps:
i)Click on SMT edit button in Dashboard Tab.
ii)Initial SMT value is 1 and smt status is enabled.
iii)Change SMT value to 2 and apply the changes.
iv)Confirm message shows "Do you want to enable SMT?"

In case of only value change warning message should show that "Do you want to change smt value?" instead of "Do you want to enable SMT?"

Same is applicable for success message also.

I have not followed any discussion about that in the ML, but after seeing this issue I am wondering why this feature is part of Ginger Base plugin and on a Dashboard tab.

It should be place on Administration tab and part of Ginger plugin.

For me, Ginger Base is more like a view only tab instead of one to manage or configure the host system.
