Hello,

I have noticed that the test cases RMLTC0002d-MySQL/PostgresSQL/SQLServer have the clause rml:referenceFormulation ql:CSV. This clause should not be there since these mappings are for relational databases. Please remove it from these mappings to avoid any future problems.
