test case RMLSTC0007b `csvw:delimiter` not matching source delimiter #92

In test case RMLSTC0007b the mapping defines a source with:

rml-io/test-cases/RMLSTC0007b/mapping.ttl

Line 10 in 3072e30

csvw:delimiter ";";

yet the source itself is comma separated.

The test expects an output, so either the mapping or the source is incorrect.
