These cases test expect that the graph mapping should fail bacause it generates a Literal, and no IRI. However, there are references rml:reference "Name" in the mappings, while Name does not occur in the data. So an RML processor may also fail on this error. Suggestion: replace rml:reference "Name" with rml:reference "LastName" or rml:reference "FirstName".
