Migrate kernelci-frontend to Python 3 #56

The kernelci-frontend project is using Python 2.x and it needs to be migrated to Python 3. The plan is to:

  • upgrade to use the latest versions of its dependencies, still with Python 2.x
  • rewrite any part of the code that depends on some deprecated packages
  • migrate the resulting code to Python 3
