Are these all Kendo UI widgets avaiable? #15

Are these "plug-in" widgets and those from KendoUi.com all widgets available for this framework ?

Panels
Layout Managers
ToolBars
Buttons
SplittButtons / DropDown Buttons
Icons
ToolTips / PopOvers

Besides that, even the actual widgets are missing allot of functionality.

I know, for some of them you might say that they can be achieved already, but the amount of effort is much too high and the result does not compare to what concurrent frameworks have out of the box or with only a very few lines of code.
