One should be able to choose where he wants to install this litle app, current 
installer is fixed to SYSTEM partition and system's Program Files directory.
This is an issue when system administrator firbid installations in Program 
Files folder.
Also why such a small application even need an Installer? You should ship it in 
a portable (at least as an alternative).
