International phone number formatting drops the leading +

One of my columns contains a phone number in the international format : +447171717171

Export as CSV (or Text)

Phone number gets exported as 447171717171 (i.e. without the leading + sign which is required by 2 of the CRM tools we import into)

Is there any option to export the column exactly as it looks? I've tried "format => raw" but that doesn't maintain the + either.
