Option to resend activation link

Sometimes users don't activate themselves immediately or they don't receive the first activation email (because of server settings or something like that) and there's no option to resend the activation link later, if needed.

If user tries to login, but is not active (maybe check that separately after user isn't logging in) we need to send activation link
