I have mentioned possible solution to this question.

Regarding checks for installed apps, I have taken help of cordova-plugin-appavailability.

like @SujitSingh said , I would recommend SafetyNet. It's not possible to find all root cloak apps.
There is another way to block all root cloaks, but it requires some effort on my side to implement it correctly. I might do it maybe next year. Also it getting hard to get new rooted devices.
