Development reload of non-plugin dependencies #41

Idea:

Extend development plugin to:

Identify plugin dependencies with Reststop-marked sources
Load classes from such dependencies from target/classes instead of jar file
Track changes to source files in these dependencies
Recompile on source change and redeploy the depending plugin class loader

Also:

Track changes to jar files of non-marked dependencies (jar file was changed by Reststop-external build)
