Would it be possible to extract documentation from the source to create a documented plugin overview?

One could for example either extract the plugin class javadoc, or annotate the plugin class with some simple explanation, and the use that information to enrich the dev page. It would be a blast to see a graphical representation of the plugin hierarchy too.
