Observation by @amarts

I tried running it on 10 parallel-jobs. It took 49 minutes.

I analyzed further and noticed that by 30mins, 4/10 jobs were completed, and by 42 mins, 8/10 jobs were complete. and for the next 7 mins, only 2 jobs were running.

If we get really good distribution, we can actually finish the tests in 35-38 mins with 10 containers is what I think. And that should be really good timing.
