Missing the text2video tab in AUTOMATIC web ui?

I put it in the extensions folder just like any other, it shows up in the extensions tab but it's missing its own tab. Any ideas? Currently uploading the model files, if that doesn't work I'm out of ideas.

Here's what I see. Should have the tab where the red arrow is AFAIK.
Am running this in a notebook on paperspace if it matters.
Controlnet, the only other extension i've installed shows up as it's supposed to in the UI

The style.css does exist in that folder btw, that is unless the /notebooks is an issue, maybe that is the name of the root folder but I can't see that in the file manager, I'm not super familiar with this stuff

Found it sd-webui-text2video-main

Rename it to just sd-webui-text2video or else it will fail to add its paths to the environment

That is the name. I was referring to higher up in the folder tree, in the runtime error "File at path /notebooks/stable-diffusion-webui/extensions/sd-webui-text2video-main/style.css", there is a folder called /notebooks but I do not see that. I am running this on paper space. That may be the name of the root folder which the file manager defaults to, but I cannot tell.

it would appear i had a space in the sd-webui_text2video at the very end, error gone, now nothing, and still not available in the UI

I see I misunderstood earlier, I tried renaming the folder as you suggested and still no cigar, still no more error message.

Yes! Finally realized that error only seems to show up on a fresh startup. It fails to start but gives this message, then it will start if I run it again.

So modifying that code fixed it? Sorry it's not clear to me what to modify if so

sd-webui-text2video/scripts/modelscope/t2v_model.py

Lines 459 and 764. The value of the variable dropout has 0.) And it should be 0.N where N is some number. I used 0.9 but it could be 0.N. Where N is 1-9, either way it works but I don't know what it changes if different values are used, nor why it's manifested. I have not actually looked to see what was merged to that did this.

Haven't dug into it to really know. I was going to submit a pull request to fix it in main but I realized I don't actually know the values. Unless somebody else does I'm going to submit a bug report when I get home.

Smh, I don't even have that folder! but I see it on the github page, somehow it was not uploaded.
Paperspace's glitchy service perhaps.

Hopefully fixed just by uploading but either way thanks for the explanation.

You may want to move your installation location of sd-webui-text2video.

from:

to:
/stable-diffusion-webui/extensions/sd-webui-text2video/scripts/text2vid.py

is the natural path, if it is missing a module, it is probably due to unexpected traversal directory structure, perhaps. I don't know how exactly the pathing works, but at least this is how the extension installation places it if you use the webui extension tab to install, and it is the same if I use git to install it without troubles, beyond what we already have addressed.

I got this from tech support: Some extensions may not work in Gradient. We recommend creating a Custom Container to install third-party packages or extensions.

I see. I can't speak for that. I run it locally on my machine.

The extensions-builtin directory really should not have custom extensions in there at all which is just weird to see that even come up. Unless they have some weird environment for the directory set I don't know

Do they give you shell access or access to pip or environment settings?

Let me see if I can find why this error maybe occuring id it is placed in the proper directory. Does it throw the same error?

The extension part of the UI doesn't function properly.

I get this message when I try the "install from url" option: AssertionError: extension access disabled because of command line flags

Also I can load a list of extensions from the "available" tab but when I hit the install button on any of them nothing happens.

I had to manually upload the extension to the extension folder, I had tried both folders just to see what would happen. To clarify, neither folder has worked for this extension. I am unsure about the specific access I have. Not familiar with too much programing but can try to dig in.
