Upstream River Info

When you click on the icon and expand the details of a river reading we could have a list of gauges which are upstream on the same river or from a tributary and an icon showing if they are spiking, on the rise, staying the same, dropping.

This is something I'll check when looking at gauges and encourage others to do but not everyone does and sometimes they get caught out by a spike they didn't see coming. An increased visibility could help with safety.
