Export Options Do Not Display Proper Name #3

What would presumably display as different export options (XLS, CSV, etc.) display as blank values - on hover it just says "Adobe Flash Player"

This is in Chrome version:
Version 63.0.3239.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Flash is disabled in your browser, so you'll be unable to use the flash-powered export options unless you've enabled flash. I intend to replace this functionality with non-flash solutions however, so I'll leave this ticket open.

Any chance of fixing this? Flash is no longer supported at all in a number of browsers.
