Fyi, we had to replace xhook with a custom smaller implementation (mozilla-extensions/regrets-reporter@620e317) due to user reports of YouTube usage breakage when we included xhook (mozilla-extensions/regrets-reporter#9). Granted, this was not a standard use-case for xhook so it might not be relevant to fix, feel free to close without further action.
