Right now the language codes and which can be used are extremely basic... this affects functionality and usefulness of this REST Server.
I propose to extend the language codes based upon the ISO 639-3:2007 standard. This way it will be standardized.

I am gonni do some ETL with the following and load it into languages.py
http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/iso-639-3.tab
