Missing OU creation in Generate-Names-Create-Users.ps1

I'm following along on your video for setting up a basic lab for AD and powershell and saw you had a new script for generating the random names. When I tried to run it I got an error for every user, and I think it was caused by not having a line to add the OU of _EMPLOYEES before adding the users.

I would like to fork your repo, add see if I can fix the issue.
